I booked a king room online and found that the quality and TV were not up to expectations.

The staff here is super friendly and really on top of keeping everything clean. The rooms are spacious and come with a TV, but the quality is a bit lacking. 🏨

Friendly and super helpful staff - they made sure we got a shuttle to downtown 🚐. The location was awesome, right by the freeway, which was so convenient for getting around.

The hotel is a great vacation base located near restaurants, shops, and downtown. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was fine, and everything was great. The location is marvelous, close to Richland Community Church. The staff was nice. I will definitely be back.

We had a really nice stay thanks to the hotel's very pleasant staff. Loved staying at the king room with the TV. Nothing too much trouble, the property met all required needs.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is right in the center of everything and very close to the highway, allowing you to easily access Nashville downtown without having to deal with stoplights. There are also several restaurants in the vicinity, making it easy to find a place to eat. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast options are impressive, with a variety of choices to cater to different tastes.

Some updates to the decor could be beneficial.

This hotel had recently (two months) become a Holiday Inn Express after extensive renovation and updating of the facility. It was very nice. We were not notifiied of the name change by your company, and drove past the facility twice looking for the Baymont Inn. After stopping to ask, we were told of the recent change in management. The hotel honored the rates which had been agreed to when the reservation was booked. We were disappointed that Booked.net had not notified us of this major difference (change in hotel chain) before arriving at the hotel destination.

The hotel was very convenient to downtown (5 min) and also allowed for easy access to the freeway's for additional travel.

The pool was clean and refreshing, and the beds were comfortable. I had an issue with the TV in my first room, but the front desk immediately moved me to a better room with a working TV. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxed stay.
